AESAS has a partnership with SENAC to promote a series of "Contaminated Site Management Meetings." The partnership aims to train professionals in state-of-the-art knowledge and in accordance with the guidelines of environmental agencies. In addition to the technical meetings , AESAS holds the Contaminated Site Management Conference every 3 years. Contaminated, in addition to various events related to the Environmental Area.

Policies
DISCOUNT FOR COMPANIES
Two registrations for the same course: 6% discount
3 registrations for the same course: 9% discount
4 or more registrations for the same course: 12% discount
To obtain the discount, the company must request the discount coupon via email at eventos@aesas.com.br before registering. It is not automatic!!!
ATTENTION!! Once the registration fee is paid without the coupon, the participant/company will no longer be entitled to the discount and/or refund.
Student discount
Students from any institution receive the same discount as Aesas Associates upon proof of current enrollment.
Before registering, you must send proof of affiliation and request a discount coupon via email at eventos@aesas.com.br. It's not automatic!
Discount or courtesy for employees of environmental agencies.
COURTESY
Ten free places will be available for employees of environmental agencies.
Those interested should fill out the form requesting a spot. Selection takes place the week before the course. Those selected will receive an email with a complimentary coupon. If you did not use your professional email, we will request proof of affiliation.
DISCOUNT
If you were not selected and wish to take the course as a paying participant, you will receive the same discount as an Aesas Associate, upon proof of current membership. Before registering, you must send proof of membership and request a discount coupon via email to eventos@aesas.com.br . This is not automatic!
INSTALLMENT
Payment via Boleto (bank slip): up to 2 installments.
Credit Card: Up to 5 installments.
CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS
If you request a cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the course, the registration fee will be refunded via bank deposit, minus 10% to cover fees. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
Registration is personal and non-transferable. After the course has started, registration transfers or student changes are not permitted, regardless of whether the student is paying for the course (individual or legal entity).
CERTIFICATES
To obtain your certificate, a minimum attendance of 75% is required.
For online courses/events, attendance is tracked by the platform. When logging into the platform, please ensure your full name is entered, as this is the only way we can identify you and confirm your attendance.
Certificates are sent within 20 business days via the e-certificate platform to the email address provided during registration. If you have not received it, please check your spam/junk mail folder.
A duplicate certificate will not be issued more than 365 days after the course ends.
INFORMATION SHARING
It is expressly forbidden to record classes, share or give away the link to access online classes and teaching materials to anyone without the prior and express written authorization of AESAS, under penalty of legal sanctions.
